Is it legal?

Yes, 100%! Christy is an Ordained Reverend, Adventure Photographer & the Elopement Guru on Georgian Bay, offering stress-free elopement adventures that include a legal wedding ceremony written just for you! She also takes care of the legalities of registering your union too!

What documents do we need?

You’ll need to apply for your marriage license from any Municipal office in Ontario.

What do we need to bring?

Anything you might want for a day on Georgian Bay: hiking shoes, water bottle, bathing suit, water shoes, sunglasses sunscreen, towel, umbrella, etc

Can I upgrade my package?

You can upgrade your package at any time prior to the wedding day. See all our available options.

Can we have additional guests?

Our elopement packages are curated for just the two of you and your witnesses…that way, you have the most intimate experience. If you would like to add a few important people to the adventure.

Do you provide music and dancing?

Absolutely! We can work a song into your wedding ceremony and a first dance into your photo session! Please let us know ahead of time so we are prepared.

Can we bring our dog?

Please do! Most of our Georgian Bay destinations are dog-friendly. At Gnarnia, we love dogs, too, but please let us know ahead of time if you’ll be bringing your four-legged friend!
