What To Expect

Your journey begins as a simple winter hike through the quiet, snow-brushed trails of Awenda Provincial Park. It’s discreet, natural, and effortless—an ideal way to lead your partner into what appears to be a peaceful December walk in the woods.
Then, as you turn a corner on the trail, everything changes.
You’ll step into an epic vignette handcrafted just for the two of you. Inspired by your love story and designed from the personal details you share, this styled scene becomes the cinematic backdrop for your proposal. Expect:

Itinerary
This is an example flow to help couples imagine the experience:
12:30 pm – Arrival at Awenda
You and your partner arrive at Awenda Provincial Park for a quiet afternoon winter hike. Everything appears casual and unsuspicious.
12:45 pm – Begin the Hike
You follow a pre-planned scenic route. Meanwhile, our team finalizes the vignette setup ahead on the trail.
1:15 pm – The Turn
You approach the chosen bend in the trail. As you turn the corner, your partner sees the beautiful styled vignette glowing with candles and winter greenery.
1:20 pm – The Proposal
Step into the scene, take your partner’s hands, and ask the question. Our photographer discreetly captures the moment from a distance.
1:30 pm – Celebration
Enjoy a toast, followed by a charcuterie board and seasonal refreshments arranged at the vignette.
1:45 pm – Candid Photoshoot
Continue with natural, joy-filled candids captured around the vignette and forest trail. These images are delivered same-day for sharing with loved ones.
2:00 pm – Closing Moments
Take a quiet walk back through Awenda, immersed in the magic of your epic engagement!
